Smite Krugs for two stuns for clearing: One from Q, and one from Krugs Smite Bonus

Then go on a ganking spree and tower dive whenever possible.

you just have to make sure not to stack the stuns (obviously wasting one of them), since Q procs on-hits.

A bruiser just implies that the champion can dish out damage (AD or AP) and take damage.

Happens to me all the time. Our team gets fed and when I try to bind the opponent Sivir as Morgana (so she doesn't get away obviously), I end up killing her (mind you I'm support). Although I rush Zhonya after my support Items, so that might be the cause too.

2 actually, and 3 if you want to get technical (his pillar does 1 true damage, the bane of Garen and MissFortune everywhere). His Q chomps for a lot of damage, and his ult is like morde ult kinda
