When I first saw NURF files on the PBE, I assumed it was just going to be a strategic addition to URF. Silly me, forgetting the true spirit of Urf Day: Massive, well-orchestrated, and painfully effective trolling.

lol they did a good job of giving us exactly the opposite of what we asked for. Only way the troll would be better if they were like after 1 day of nurf they came out and were like "wow, everyone loves this game mode so much we are gonna make it perma"
I actually want to try out NURF, once, just once.. But i'm not sure my one week hollidays will be enough to finish the game.
Will play once and that's it. Not like URF. This is just like Nemesis. Boring shit.
Nurf is going to be really cool for trying to figure out which champions would be good in a meta with those unique debuffs.... and then actually playing the mode will be awful.
I'm putting my money on regular urf to make return still. I can't imagine NURF being fun for more than a game or 2, and Riot has to be aware of this.

I seriously doubt Riot would make NURF a gamemode lasting more than a few days because they don't want to hurt their reputation.
When anything is announced near April 1st, you should be aware of what they actually said.

Hell, I hated URF (or rather, the joyless bastards who decided it was SERIOUS BUSINESS), and I still think NURF looks like crap.
And no, telling people you are going to do something obnoxious and then not following through is not a good practical joke.
NURF sounds like it's just for april fools days. Otherwise who's going to want to play a game mode that sounds like it will take hours to complete, even for more than a day or two?
any champion with 1 burst combo should be a great choice.
