The party invitation post Riot made said March 32nd, AKA April 1st. So I think they release NURF tomorrow and on April 1st they will change it to URF without saying anything for April Fools. Curious to see where they are taking this.

Hell, I hated URF (or rather, the joyless bastards who decided it was SERIOUS BUSINESS), and I still think NURF looks like crap.
