JarvanIV was caught by Noixans, specifically due to Swain's cunning which only almost led to his execution if not for Garen rescuing him. Afterwards realizing how weak and foolish he is like all demacians are. Also the first king was killed by Sion after basically single handedly breaking through all demacian forces protecting him like a boss.

XinZhao Was also caught by Noxians and was only able to escape because he was broken out by demacian scumbag king.

Shyvana Needed help to avenge her own father's death because she weak sauce. Didn't even fight with him when he was still alive.

Lux Was willing to go once behind enemy lines using an unreliable ability to conceal herself that could have easily gotten her self killed. Deep down part of her very likely hates Demacia since she was forced into training at young age against her wishes by her family (like scumbags they are). Heck her real reason for joining the league was because she had become hollow except for fighting for Demacia. Bascially a happy brain washed lackey at best.

Quinn Ran away from Lissandra instead of fighting and killing her, some warrior.

Galio Was supposed to be the master piece of his creator yet wasn't good enough to protect him from Noxian assassins. Should be broken and grounded up into cement to become actually useful.
