King of knights, alfred from cardfight vanguard. That guy leads entire kingdoms into battle and gets stronger when his allies are nearby, is able to time-travel, and can free his allies from being frozen in time, which no one else can do.

A broken character would probably be Gilgamesh from the fate series.... Can summon nearly unlimited weapons, has a chain that is hard to break, and a weapon that could warp space.
Kirito would be fucking obnoxious, that health regen is nuts....
The dota sniper with 1000 range also... Any dota characters really...
Oh and if we really want... Mugen and Jin from samurai champloo would be nuts #moveoveryasuo

OP in gameplay or lore? Gameplay, I would say a Big Daddy feom Bioshock. Basically "Fuck you i got a drill" (not biased at all) In lore, well Andrew Ryan of course, the dude would just make Rapture in Runeterra
