Well he did kind of lose two core items not that long ago.
Get ready, after the buff a bunch of noob is gonna cry about how he is op, then Rito is gonna nerf him more than they buffed him. they did the same to him not too long ago when they gave him a random 75% dmg crit then nerfed his sustain for like half.
