Me when people want a champ nerfed, get said nerfs, then want the champ buffed cause now they are seeing more of the OTHER champs they can't stand facing:

trouble is they have had plenty of gutted champions in the past that went under the radar and weren't touched, and still are kinda crap today.
is just unviable,
plays an entirely different way,

is getting a victorious skin but is non existent...
Some champions, like any of the following:
Deserve repeated nerfs until they're completely unviable.
Maybe then, they'll actually be fun to play as and against.
They like to give them skins worth 1350 RP and up before doing so too >.>, in that case I hope Vayne gets an Ultimate skin
