The universe is infinite, and we can use the Roman philosopher Lucretius' argument to 'prove' that. If you were to take an arrow, and lets throw physics out the window for a second, and shoot it into space and it kept going on and on and on, what would stop it? Say there's a wall, well what's beyond that wall?
His argument is essentially saying that there's always going to be something, and you can't put a definite boundary on the universe. For that reason, the universe must be infinite, assuming you factor out the whole multiverse theory.
Now that we've determined (kinda) that the universe is infinite and boundless, it is simple from there on. You can't have a center of an infinite entity, or a beginning, or an end. It just is. Therefore, there is NO center of the universe, OR, everything-
