Nope. The shield stops the bubble from its center, but the area will hit anything around it (only the first projectile hitting the shield is completely destroyed).

That's why as a Braum main. I wait for the bubble to hit my adc, THEN shield.

It's suppose to destroy it without affecting any other allies - at least according to all his release information and Q&A. Even the Wikia reports the functionality that Nami's Aqua Prison and Cassiopeia's Miasma will only affect Braum.

Unbreakable doesn't destroy any projectile. Braum intercept them and get hit by the full effect. Aqua Prison effect is to leave an AoE knockup on the ground where it lands. Since Braum intercept it, the bubble "landed" on Braum.

Unlike Yasuo's Windwall which destroy projectiles nullifying their effect entirely.

Every projectile get "intercepted", not destroyed, being the first projectile to hit make no difference in how it behave. The first attack that damage Braum when he use his Unbreakable has its damage reduced by 100% while subsequent attacks are reduced by 30-40%.

Anivia's q stun works the same way, except it can alsp pierce spell shields by passing through before detonating the stun.

Yes his shield stop the ult. But a good Nami only ult after Braum shield is down or if it doesn't matter that the wave stop halfway. The reason why Nami counters Braum is that it stop and apply the AoE stun of the bubble on Braum Shield on top of Nami having her damage spread over multiple attacks rather than 1 big attack that the shield can completely soak. So Braum is unable to engage properly against a Nami.
