I'm not quite sure what trolling is defined as when it comes to meta, I figured it was stuff like ADC Singed or whatever.

At least attack speed Braum makes sense. He needs it in order to proc his passive by himself (three autos and a Q minimum), making BORK a very nice item on him. Otherwise, you can build bruiser items on him to make him a somewhat effective top laner.

by my definition, troll is referring to anything done just to freaking screw with people or screw around (general screwing). ex, full atk speed zac, singed in general, etc.

That's why I'm confused. Attack speed Braum top makes sense, since you can build one or two offensive items item 3153 item 3091 (?) and then go full bruiser.

Having gauntlet and mallet at the same time isn't efficient on Braum, due to both being proc'd by autos and slows not stacking. Not to mention Braum can slow with his passive/Q.

not quite... something many people dont take into account is the sustain that ADC have, even if it is only a dorans blade and runes it can make a pretty big difference. That is one thing azir does not have access to.

Dead Man's has a conditional slow. If anything is redundant with Mallet, it's this item, not Spirit Visage. And Spirit Visage is pretty core because of Tahm's gray health regen.

Jungle Runeglaive Bard works really well due to being able to roam for meeps without needing to leave a lane, having all the AoE, and having his Magical Journey for magical ganks. I think you go Runeglaive -> Nashor's -> other stuff but I'm not sure.
