Mage: Buys Dark Seal

I'm not sure which way this is going.

Against: The item may not be S tier like before the nerfs, but it still makes you incredibly hard to push out of lane before 800 or so gold.

For: The item is still decent, but since you can't efficiently stack it anymore the delay on its returns makes it hard to stomp your opponent for the first few backs (unless they don't account for the fact that you can shrug off a lot of harass).
