does anyone build this item besides tanks or supports whos full time job is diving every time someone is solo under a turret (edit) didn't select gameplay and it got put into memes and games

No one buys this item. Tanks can dive tower just fine without this, in facts tower does laughable damage to even nontanks as the game progresses.
Maybe split push Heim might buy it buy he doesn't need it.
