Gut her because she hard counters one midlaner who is otherwise very slippery and hard to pin down for a good butt-thrashing? She's outclassed by a ton of other mids man. Maybe just stop first-picking Zed and and expecting him to not be countered. Even if he loses lane he can still splitpush and take towers like a baws. It's not even like he's useless.
