If you post problems in the boards, they go "Go to the support ticket." And then they do that? Shouldn't even be a robo answer than a real answer.

Players and Rioters alike are just rude and write me off. Really, I'm more so just venting at such great player aid at this point then actually expecting any form of help. Le Sigh

Simply put, I'm not earning key shards at all; 100% nothing. I know how they work, I know about the restrictions and limitations, I know all there is to know on how to earn key shards at this point and yet am not earning a single one still for the past, going on 2 months now.
There had been a two month period where I basically wasn't playing League at all, except for an occasional Co-op vs. AI game with a good friend. You cannot earning key shards in bot games, which mean my rate on getting one has been completely reset for awhile. Little more than a month ago now, I started playing League regularly again. I've been playing 95% PvP games and have shuffled through each game mode throughout the past however long now, but haven't won a single key shard since. My chests have come fine whenever I get an S rank on a champion, but I've gone well over 100+ wins since playing League again and haven't gotten any key shards.
You can see by my games I'm winning often enough as well as I am indeed in PvP. I haven't won a key shard in almost 4 months, so my rate on earning one should be low, meaning I should be getting one. I've made over three Boards posts about this and have been trying to get help from my ticket for the past three days now, but all my efforts have been met with people completely ignoring and writing me off, as if I was crazy or lying about this or something and I really don't know why.
I just want my stinkin' key shards lol, but I'm not earning any and everyone is just treating me like an ass since I've started mentioning I'm not getting any.

that sucks. your best hope is a rioter seeing your post and investigating further, the boards is indeed a better place for that than support. try making a thread in help and support make it bug report style, and put the names of rioters that are common on the boards to bait them in.

Anyways though, do you have the names of the common Rioters around Help and Support? I'm decently new around Boards (maybe half a year or so since regularly using it), so I don't know too much what names are actually important per se. '.'

I will do so; and honestly, thank you for actually being the first person to take me seriously on this matter. Hopefully this can get fixed. Cause I'm not the only person not earning key shards I've found, just the only person who has gone this long without one it seems. :(
