Then fix your life. Using the whole "mental stability" thing is a pretty bad argument honestly. Just as you can say someone could be extremely fragile mentally and telling them "gg ez" is "tipping them over the edge" (lmfao get real), people can have mental instabilities such as anger issues. Do you think one type of mental condition should be valued but the other should be ridiculed? Because that's exactly what you're saying here. According to you, people with depression issues should be coddled because of their life, but people with anger issues are "pathetic". Seems a bit hypocritical to me.

If you have mental issues that make something like "gg ez" put you over the edge, you should not be playing a game known for it's dick community. If you do decide to play such game, utilize the mute button. It's called being smart. You wouldn't go waving around a gun and confederate flag in downtown Youngstown, now would you?

And when is things such as this are reportable for no reason? This is similar to how it still takes about 3 games worth of chat logs to review a person's punishment instead of just one. Sure the "gg ez" report won't insta-punish the players, but it'll just builds up to get players in getting their punishment sooner.

At the same time that Lyte made this comment, "unskilled" was a reportable option. So just because it was reportable meant it would lead to punishment? No. Unskilled reports did nothing. Likewise, reporting for nothing other than "gg ez" will do nothing.

I mean that both sides' behavior are nothing different. Let's say guy A was going toxic mode on guy B in a game. It can mean two things:

• A was trash-talking on B & gets punished for it, and A was complaining that B should grow up & mute.
• B being the victim of being trash-talked & successfully punished A, and B mentioned that A should be a mature grown-up by avoiding fixing problems by trash-talking instead of giving advice.

I'm not saying A should be exempt from punishment because there is a mute button. Not at all. I'm saying that B should stop being a lil baby and just mute/report/move on with their lives instead of not muting and continuing to nag at the person that is angry and then put it on the forums. If A is raging for no reason then he should obviously be punished lol.

And to my conclusion, this is why I don't see how these type of situations are one-sided. Both sides are technically acting in the same childish style. One won't mute, one won't stop trash-talking.

I do not disagree here in the slightest. Although I hope you mean harassing and not "trash-talking". Trash-talking is perfectly acceptable. My comment wasn't suggestion anything otherwise. Only thing it was suggesting was that people have issues if they get upset over "gg ez".
