Damn, really hits hard when you realize how much the Doctor's probably seen.
This guy isn't talking wisdom or philosophy, it's from experience.
(listens to the doctor, considers the worth of firing the first shot, then shrugs and shoots the doctor to kill him)

This moment was one of the most memorable in Doctor Who history. He knows every consequence of acting hastily, of waging war, of taking that first shot when you could just sit down and resolve it without needless violence. I'm pretty damn sure that Zergara was reconsidering her opinion there.
Not fond of the new Doctor, sorry but he's just not doing it for me- still gonna stick with the series but honestly I liked almost anyone more than the new guy. Robin Hood, Santa Claus- hell, Clara's boyfriend were all liked more by me than the new Doctor.
