You had 168 farm for a 34 min game, that is not a good score, as a carry you are supposed to get around 100 farm every 10 minutes. Therefore you were missing more than 150 minions for a ¨good cs score¨.
And yes it can be said to be stupid but S rank requires you to excel in all areas, miss one and you won't get it.
