Community Bias
So basically everytime Riot slightly nerfs an assassin / champion that the community hates:
compared to nerfs to a loved hero:

Well I think it has to do with the fact that assassins aren't satisfying to play against.
If they are ahead and you play someone squishy(or if the assassins are really fed),then there is rarely anything you can do against them,which is extremely frustrating.
What is this..... hero you speak of?
