So basically everytime Riot slightly nerfs an assassin / champion that the community hates:

GreenLore1 votesWell I think it has to do with the fact that assassins aren't satisfying to play against.
If they are ahead and you play someone squishy(or if the assassins are really fed),then there is rarely anything you can do against them,which is extremely frustrating.

If you are one of the more immobile ones and don't have a team that takes coordinated attempts to protect you,then that "!" pretty much means instant death for you.
