Why I can't wait for the 10-ban system to roll out

who all fit somewhere in the categories of, "Annoyingly Strong", "Little Counterplay beyond niche champ picks that are barely picked", "Broken as fk Itemization builds", "Can stack nothing but Tank items and still deal significantly high damage to champions even if they have some health stacked up too.", "Pull BS tower dives thanks to insane health stacking and/or abilities that let them ignore tower damage and just kill you under your tower." and so many other categories that i don't feel like listing them all. Oh and lets not forget the most simple of ones: "Super high damage right in the early levels and grabbing a item like
does nothing at all, especially when they can pull the damage off before you can even get the gold for one."
