What is this, Season 3?
Well it's true. Warding is one of the support's major jobs. Everyone may start with a warding totem (which can be upgraded) but its limited by a loooong cooldown and you can't buy any more wards. The support (maybe jungle) will likely be the constant source of vision in mid-late game. Ultimately, the support covers your team's ass through vision, and utility. Selfish supps can eat their hearts out.
