The Honor Challenge is to help increase the amount of Honors players are given, which helps promote a friendly atmosphere and reduce toxicity. Currently, most people rarely give them out. People on your team and the enemy's often make the game enjoyable for everyone, and they should get props for it!

#Rules:

  1. You must Honor 2 players minimum in every game
  2. Don't not talk about the Honor Challenge

That's it! Do you think you can handle it?

Here's some info on the Honor initiative, so you know how to properly honor people:

Friendly: Summoners who would be honored through this category are those that have a positive impact on your game and make the match enjoyable, win or lose.

Helpful: This category is for summoners that share their know-how and actively help other players improve their gameplay.

Honorable Opponent: Honorable Opponents are players from the opposing team that remain humble in victory or graceful in defeat and/or behave in a positive manner throughout the game. This is the only category where a player can receive a crest without any points in the other categories.

Teamwork: This category honors players that put the team ahead of themselves. This includes anything from forming great plans, helping struggling lanes recuperate, and more.

Okay, see...what if I don't deem anyone worthy of being honored? In about 75% of my games where I don't report somebody, I don't honor anyone either because they've done nothing to stand out. Even if someone's all positive and generally nice during the start of a game will start getting snippy when things go wrong which kind of throws things out the window. They just end up as neutral games.

So if your team sucks, giving away 2 honorable opponents is fine, right?

I don't, and I'm not sure you understand either. People have to earn their honor just like they have to earn their reports. For the "average game," nobody gets honored or reported, which is why it's average. Excuse me for being a realist.
