I can see root of that problem
Some friends of mine played a match last night with Morg/Jihn bot, Lux mid, Sion jungle, and some random top laner that I wasn't paying attention to.
The roots were real.
I played against a Jihn + Vel'Koz bot lane recently. It was strange.. they lost due to a very underwhelming and useless Vel'Koz, but still, strange... ... .. . .
Strange, last premade bot that tried that ended up feeding bot alot.
