Everyone will max their credit and not pay by end of game. There will be a rune market bubble by end of season and the game will collapse into a recession.

Obviously the solution is to raise taxes on the minions. If they stopped mindlessly running down lanes and pulled themselves up by their boot straps they could be successful champions in society but instead they'd rather just steal my CS and block my movement all day.
