Jk. There is 1 current option, and 1 possible future option.
[Current] Download the Forum Enhancer Kit (FEK) and blacklist people that use the Memes and Games board a lot that you don't like seeing. FEK enhances (obviously) the forum though use of avatars, blacklisting, vote counter and some other things. Some Rioters (such as Baconhawk) even use it.
They plan on having a boards "subscription" option at some point, where you'll be able to choose which boards you do and do not want to see. You could just hide the M&G board, though this feature isn't out yet. It's been a while since they told me about it.
