Fiora goes oom if she spams abilities while splitting, and if she all in's once with ult she's nearly out of mana.
I haven't played Fiora for quite a bit now but when I did, I recall staying in lane a long time using only q. Using e/w/q and spamming them made me go oom very quickly... Title should be changed to Fiora that spams her q in lane rather than abilities as she can't spam ALL of her abilities for days... If she could spam her abilities she would be banned/picked about every game which she isn't :)
I fought a Fiora in top lane....with an Azir...
Not that hard.
if she only uses Q, yes, she will not run out of mana but she doesn't spam her abilitieS she only spams her Q
