i ve found a fix for this,delete or rename \Riot Games\Riot Client then go to Riot Games\League of Legends and start leagueclient
at least the plane is able to launch. more than i can say from riots client.

For me it's not even a problem of the client, I could deal with that, but the problem is that my average ping the last month (and especially this week) has been between 200 and 500, and my fps this week has started dropping to 15 at times
i like my clients al dente
