Trying to keep a bad team organized

I just had a game with (because I don't play anyone else) where my said "this raka is a goddess! Saved all of us. Came in like a hero" and our got mad at her because he thought she said that she came in and saved us when he did all the work. And she fought with him. I want out of silver.
