But it does not have any AD ratios on the attack enhancement. It has a base value, it has bonuses that scales with stacks, but the Q-empowered AA still has a 1:1 AD ratio in total. Therefore I do not consider Q to have any AD ratios.

That is the point of hybrid champions but when good they get nerfed off the face of runetera and % max health magic damage and % max health true damage do the exact same thing but gets no nerfs

Camille's shield is based on what damage type the target has done the most of over the game; not their kit. So an AD veiger would likely proc a physical shield, even if his ult/Lichbane 1-shot her with magic damage.

A gamemode where all the scalings and damage of the champions would be reversed...To name a ~~few~~ lot of champions that would be horrendously overpowered:

Master Yi: Builds AD with some AP and boom, his W's heal is like old AP Yi's W. Fizz: You just made a second Talon with this one. Talon: Becomes Diana but squishier. Yasuo: Mixed dmg with some crit but the damage from his Q and AA if it can crit with magic damage is gonna be ridiculous. Zed: Passive could be useless, but he's gonna have a demonic amount of damage in one successful spell rotation. Leblanc: Basically normal Zed in this mode. Ezreal: Not much changes, but is still guaranteed to hurt...a lot. Teemo: Oh look, it's like Urgot but more cancerous. Darius: I do not want to imagine his dunk and passive to scale with AP. Shaco: I dunno what's worse: his targeted E will scale with AD or him and his clone will kill you faster than regular AP Shaco. Lee Sin: His ult can potentially blow you up. Ekko: Do you want to create another Riven? Because that's how you create another Riven. Riven: Do you want to create another Ekko? Because that's how you create another Ekko.

Ultimate deals almost 1000 true damage with no stacks.

Protobelt to anyone with less than 1000 health, instakill, then clean up the rest of the team with instant 5 stacks -> 2000 true damage ultimates and they instantly die one by one.

Not to mention that Hemorrhage would deal 300 damage per stack for a maximum of 1500 damage over the duration.

Well his ulti would get 100% AP ratio (by level 16) and only like a 20% AD ratio, so actually AP Corki would be better. I think Q would be unchanged and his Package would now scale off AP. The only downside for AP corki would be regular W would scale off AD.
