nope random trap spells you can leave all over are supposed to chunk 20% of a tanks hp damage (almost all other adc and assassin spells do it even though they supposed to be sustained damage {assassins are supposed to be burst damage but who beleives that when their spells drop down to 3 and 4 second cooldowns}) isnt the special only scale with one stat type and have other stats transfer into the 1 you scale with so you can still get those multitudes of unique item passives. its not ment to be a spell that you jsut fire off and hit but thats how people will think about it just like vayne isnt ment to be a long range poke your azz off but people will complain that vaynes range is super short

If your trapped in it, then Jhin used two spells, averaging 300 damage a spell. Other marksmen at that point in the game would auto attack you twice and call it a day.

what does it matter, at lvl 18 the base armor is around 40. By then most AD champs have around 30 flat armor pen, + last whisper and you literally melt them

Base armor includes scaling armor, just not armor from items, runes, or masteries.

So with Thresh being the exception (who has 16 because he has no scaling armor), most champions have around 80-85.

Hm, with 500 AD it does exactly 260 + 600 + 100% AP, so... likely 0 lol, which is 860. 614 if you have 40 MR.
