When are Ahri and Lux getting new skins?

Like what the actual fuck Riot, I'm sick and tired of champs like that don't deserve skins getting unnecessary skins no one asked for. For the love of god and are so neglected and ignored by Riot's skin team that I'm fucking disgusted, I really can't believe that Riot keeps neglecting these champions just because they aren't fan favourites.
