Hi guys Im here asking how do i stay calm and not flame people ? Last game i was yasuo vs irelia top i went B to buy , irelia was casting tp on bot side , i pinged like 3 times ss and be careful ping and even said '' ss '' , but the bot lane didnt not listen as they ignored her , she ended up killing them both , my tp was on cd and even if i did i would die , i got really mad it was like they did it intentionally . but again i need serious advices on how do i not talk shit in chat , i just hate my self when i flame people but sometimes it seems that they force me to do it with their bad decisions and keep doing the same mistakes over and over again . I am not saying im better than all of them , nor im blaming them , and am not the only one who get this people in his games. But i really need serious help . [slayer-jinx-wink]

Listen to music, i like League of Legend parodies myself. Also, you gotta remember mistakes happen. I am 100% certain a similar situation happened with you being the target of the teleport gank with pings given etc.

I personally set very low expectations for my teammates. I go into the game expect them to be bad and me having to 1v9 it helps to keep me at the top of my game without getting upset at others mistakes, because i fully expect them to happen. That way instead of focusing on the mistakes they make it allows me to focus on what i need to do to make up for it.

Maybe you could ask your team mates to mute you before the game. Then you can rant all you want. If that doesn't work rant aloud

Try ranting aloud instead of typing. Decide before the game starts that no matter what you are not going to say ANYTHING negative, and stick to that.

If it is really bad, I think you can unbind the enter key, so you can't chat at all. It is mainly just attitude and determination, how you feel when you start the game is more important then when you are angry in the moment.

Like others have said, just talk it out aloud to yourself if you really need to say it. I generally just keep any of my chat ingame to calls or "gj" and the like. Think about it this way, what good does it actually do if you flame someone? They get mad or upset and play worse, you potentially get more angry reacting to sometjing they said, then the rest of the team gets involved. Nothing good comes from it.

At a certain point you have to just sit back, breathe, and play the game. People will do dumb crap, going after them for it won't fix what already happened. If you have to say something at least make it constructive and not a attack.

You just have to accept the fact that 1/4 to 1/3 of your games are unwinnable due to having teammates that troll, are stupid, or just plain bad. Once you accept this, it's easier to deal with. Just finish the game and move on to the next one.

Try holding your anger and remember it's just a game and that people make mistakes, and I know it can be hard, and it doesn't happen in a moment, it took me some time to completely stop flamming, so if you feel like you have to tell them something because you are too angry, try going easy on them and phrase it nicely (by saying something like I don't mean to judge you, but can you please try being more aware to my pings
