haha, yes! Bush Garen is the worst Garen!!! So much YES!
idk - I play ADC a lot, and Garen (all bruisers, assassins, basically everyone 1v1) is a problem to play around.
However after considering his change I think it won't make too much difference. Garen basically does true damage to ADC anyway as we can barely get defense and be relevant. He probably won't do too much more to ADC now than he did before (although I think garen ult damage might get a slight nerf following this change).
It's the tanks who are going to give up the kills now. True damage against Lee Sin or Gnar is going to be WAY more damaging than true damage against vayne or jinx.
