Cause Normal draft pick is the closets to a simulated version of ranked only you dont have to cost LP when you lose. And it enables a sorts of practice, (mostly seen NA talk about this) that new players that want to learn the game better should try draft pick over casual games (such as blind and ARAM). Its a hard iffy subject, but then again I'm ranked for LYFE.
