Incredible siege, strong laners, almost unparalleled counter/disengage. I firmly believe that Lucian-Janna is one of, if not the most powerful bot lane at the moment. The synergy between Janna and Kha'Zix is incredible, too - Void Spikes deals absolutely unfair amounts of damage with the free B.F. Sword that is Janna's shield, and there's a really funny play you can do with Kha's E and her ult - Kha'Zix hops in and gets a kill, then hops back to Janna. Janna then ults, throwing away the tanks that are trying to go after Kha'Zix and mitigating any damage he took in the process.
The synergy basically raises the 'lethal bar' of everybody on the enemy team - the fact that Kha'Zix has a Janna to hop back to turns a lot of situations from 'Yeah, Kha could kill me, but he'd die in return' to 'Oh shit, Kha can kill me for free.' So, not only does the team have ridiculous poke, it also makes poke much more dangerous.
If you watched the Korean regional qualifiers, NWS did something similar with Zed and Janna, where Zed could leave his shadow next to Janna and Death Mark the backline in safety. Janna as a support sorta inflates the teamfighting abilities of a lot of assassins, which I think is really cool.

just seems like so much fun having people who become immune the only problem is that it's all AP
You cant beat this comp. There is sooo much damage, tank and cc (or slows), that your enemies are rendered useless.
Top:
Stacks on stacks. Late game too stronk. Amazing split push. Long lasting slow
Jungle:
CC unreal! So unreal, ganks are almost always guaranteed. Tanky, can turret dive with no problem at level 6.
Mid:
ROAM ROAM ROAM. Great early game snowballer. Ranged ult. High burst damage.
ADC:
Slows, snares, and lots of damage. Has an escape. Partnering with Thresh makes her extremely mobile and gives lane control.
Supp:
Hooks for days. Tanky. Great in team fights. Great in assassinations. Great in drake assists.
Cheap items that go along way!
Other team attack speed?
Other team CC?

My favorite team comp that I am DYING to try is as follows:
An ADC that doesn't rage and then quit A jungler that doesn't afk A mid that doesn't feed
And 2 other guys/gals..
Seems like an AWESOME GROUP TO ME
Some friends and I did something like this once

We spent the entire game trying to get a 5 man fully charged Nunu ult. Story short, we did and won. It was pretty fucking great.
Submarine Team!

This comp revolves entirely around the Twitch submarine. Let him invis and walk into their team with Ori's ball / Shen ulti / Lulu shield. As soon as Twitch comes out of stealth, Ori sucks them all into him, Lulu ultis him and knocks them all up, Shen appears and taunts as many as possible, Kayle shreds from safety and heals / ultis twitch if he gets too low. General unstoppable carnage!

My only problem with this, is that you do need a mobile AP damage dealer. Maybe swap Yi for Udyr?
Top:
Can build tanky and damage, and have it work fine, without dedicating toward one or the other.
Mid:
Extremely mobile, doesn't need too many items, can snowball very easily.
JG:
Great for ganking with all his escapes/jumps, can also build tanky and damage
ADC:
One of the best ADC in the current meta, also doesn't take much to get rolling, and has one of the longest escapes of all ADCs.
Supp:
Has a knock up for Yasuo, has a pull when chasing, only downfall: no sustain.
This team comp can destroy any wandering champs, great for sieging due to Tristanas range, Yasuo ability to dash in and out without taking too much damage, Blitz for Pick people off with his grab, lee sin for dashing in and out with his 3 escapes, Renekton is just a straight up tanky damage dealer, that all I got to say.
The chase potential is also great, and team fights can easily be easily controlled with Renekton just being able to tank the damage while dealing damage, and then his team following up. All the lanes are strong for their own reasons though. Renekton can also deal with rotations exceptionally good and can handle most 2v1s. Yasuo can just poke with his q and e, Lee Sin can invade and get out unscratched, Tristana is just too good right now, and blitz is the backbone in the bot lane with his grabs.

Summary
This team loves to jump all over the place and blow its enemies sky high--literally and figuratively. Malphite and Wukong can lead the charge and lay on the hurt, and Tristana can mow down everybody in sight with her autoattacks, all the while leaving Janna to give everybody vital offensive and defensive support. But you've really got to watch out for Yasuo as he dashes around and slices the entire enemy team into bloody confetti. If you face this team, the pace is sure to be absolutely manic.

Summary
The overall theme of this team is slow but explosive: forcing the opponents to give you openings and then capitalizing without mercy. Fizz, Thresh, and Maokai are all good initiators, thanks to their gap closers, and Varus can really bring the pain with his mix of DPS and sustained burst damage. Plus, if any assassins try to jump the backline, they'll have to get through Garen. All are very strong in the laning phase and stay strong throughout the game, slowly but steadily steamrolling along.

Pros: Kat has a perfect Initiate due to the crowd controlling powers of Nautilus and Malphite
Malphite and Nautilus make a good combo
Lucian won't have to worry about aiming the Culling as targets will be crowd controlled for as long as he needs
Darius and Lucian can work extremely well along with Nautilus and Malphite's ultimates
Con: Kat may or may not be of use, as Malphite's damage may kill everyone before she can
Anti-Tanks can be very harsh to this team
Bot Lane does not have a tank
You can replace Darius with a straight tank Cho'Gath if you need something extremely powerful at tanking, Nasus will also work, but not as good
I played a game the other day as Rammus with a team comp I thought was relatively unbeatable. Unfortunately I can't see the match history, but it went something like:

Granted, it used a lot of champs that are currently OP in the meta, but man, we had everything: ranged damage, an assassin, an AOE mage, a superstrong tank, a bunch of crowd control...I could roll in to any lane and get a kill no problem. I think I actually managed to snowball all three lanes; I brought the initiation and tankiness, they brought the damage.
I'd love to play it again if I got the chance, it just felt really fluid and cohesive.

An entire team based around late game. 4 champs with virtually infinite innate scaling, then a jungle that is able to stack Feral Flare and stack that. A mix of durable and squishy, ranged and melee, adequate cc and damage, I really want to try this.

General: This teamcomp isn't going to work unless Rengar and Talon can not get destroyed in lane, but otherwise it's solid. Every lane is a threat and the enemy jungle is going to have a hell of a time deciding where to go. Provided lanes go even someone is going to be threatening late game alongside Karthus. Teamfighting is simple: Rengar or Talon will initiate and die after their burst, while the rest of the team moves in to clean up, or Karthus gets initiated on and dies, putting the enemy in your territory while you still have 5 team members. Leona helps create picks, which anyone besides Karthus can follow up on.
Advantages: Rengar, Twitch and Talon all splitpush well, and Karthus can do so too if he wants with a Lich Bane. Rengar and Talon can get Trinity Forces if they're doing well, and they can get more cost efficient AD Caster items if they're behind. Twitch will bring the high sustained physical damage, and although he won't be as well farmed as a standard ADC, Twitch is very powerful during his ultimate, which should be enough for him to contribute before he becomes a green stain on the ground. Twitch will also become the most deadly member of the team with 6 items, if the game is drawn out that long. Gank wise he's not great but top and mid are both great gank receivers. Karthus deals enough magic damage to be a threat while being the most well farmed, preventing the enemy from just stacking Armor. He will always contribute to a fight and can get more gold thanks to his ultimate.
Weaknesses: The most important thing about this team is that you can't have both Rengar and Talon be too far behind. One of them needs to have enough damage to make a noticeable dent in the enemy team, and survive just long enough for the rest of the team to come in. The Karthus bait is a good fallback but if Karthus is not doing well the enemy team can stack on the Armor, and Karthus is also the only good source of waveclear on the team. Being in the duo lane should help Karthus keep up but if he's being destroyed you will be having trouble if the rest of the team can't pick up the slack. Twitch is a pretty vulnerable jungler. He does not gank well without his ultimate, and he is counterjungled easily, so the laners need to be at least even or else Twitch will easily be stalked by the enemy jungler.
tl;dr: Rengar and Talon can both either become deadly burst initiators or mobile teamfight menaces. Twitch can rely on Rengar and Talon's strong laning to make up for his shortcomings and become a deadly late game threat. Karthus brings consistent magic damage that is hard to shut down due to being in the duo lane. Leona is also in the team.

Honorable mentions:
,
Possible to swap Zac with Aatrox and/or Zilean with Anivia. Feel free to sub in Karthus and Yorick if you like.
Also, build
on all team members. If you're feeling particularly trollish then run {{summoner:10}} on all of them as well.
I'd actually love to see an all-yordle team. The potential inherent in those little guys is absolutely insane, and the team would be heavily overpowered.
