I did it with velkoz and went 14/0/10 with only a catalyst. I did more damage than some of their champions and had 22 AP for 3/4 of the game.

17/0 Morgana ... they avoided killing me for the longest time and I suicided and got 4 completed items..... wasn't fun for them. 14/0 Xerath surviving for way too long with a item 3010 and just poking to win for days.
