All you have to do is look deep inside yourself, see the situation beforehand, consider every possible option available to you, and then just say 'Fuck It' and charge in with very little consideration for your safety or the safety of others. There is a right time for this 'Fuck It' moments when playing Singed and a true Singed player knows exactly when to throw caution to the win, without having to think, its just instinct. Singed isn't for everyone, he may cause vomiting, nausea, indigestion, runny nose, diarrhea, upset stomach, or erectile dysfunction; please consult your doctor before playing Singed.

The honest to God trick to playing singed is to legitimately not care about anything and to do whatever you feel like with no regard for the consequences.
