Precisely. They made his Q and E do more damage, but in the perfect circumstances, and made it easier to avoid a lot of his damage output. People just haven't figured out how to play against Vlad lmao

Hi I'm Vlad, I'm 4% HP and in hourglass active, I just instacasted my E somehow and healed up 70% on my health and dealt half your health.
