Eve is another. The only reason she's in a 'reasonable' spot is because she can jungle.

Mainly the fact that his Q stuns you when it really, really, shouldn't. The angle and length of the particles look pretty rediculous in those situations.

The main thing is that his stun often connects to things when it really shouldn't.... His Q is a really punishing spell when it does hit stun you, so when it does those weird interactions it's really frustrating to deal with.

He also deals a fuck ton of damage for a support, but that's mainly annoying because you're not expecting it, so I'm kinda fine with that lol

Ez is responsible for change/removal of multiple Sheen items, which usually turned out to be a problem for other Sheen-reliant champions.

Also he is one of those champions, who always come back into popularity. He has phases were he is not played as much, but he will always reappear - be it on bot or mid-lane. And during his stronger phases it can be really frustrating to play against his kit.

Ezreal is just really unfun for melee champions with his constant slows and free flash. He also has top damage dealt to champions in almost every game because of his Muramana Q poke.

I don't think you understand what it means when something is called "cancer". It's not that it has a high win or ban rate. It's not when it can't be dealt with. It's when it has a negative impact on the overall game.

Ezreal has caused a LOT of changes to the game that were taken to keep him in line, and still caused other champions to fare worse. Remember that Spirit of the Elder Lizard item? And how it got nerfed to shit because Ezreal was taking it in lane and abusing it? It got nerfed because of Ezreal, even though it was created specifically for AD junglers - something Ezreal wasn't even doing with it.

He's not OP, but a lot of people consider his kit to be cancer because it's still really overloaded, which makes him really versatile. He can be an engage champ (with Hook, Flay, and lantern to bring in teammates), a disengage champ (flay, lantern, ult), a pick champ with single target CC and gap closers, a team fight champ (damn near his entire kit), he cannot directly heal BUT because he benefits from HP as a stat and has flay passive to abuse for procs so he can build relic shield+ to provide in lane sustain, he can all-in during lane, he can harass in lane because of range and flay passive. He can build tank, utliity, dmg, whatever the situation calls for and be relatively okay. Hell he can even build ADC/crit and one shot people.

He just brings so much to the table that, even after his numbers were shafted and he lost his OP status, he can still be really frustrating to play against.

The only way Vlad's going from 4-70% is with a full build Crimson Rush and at least three-person ult. If he's full build enough to heal that much, you ought to have item 3033 if you're playing Twitch.

And if you are indeed playing Twitch, why are you surprised that you took so much damage? You're playing the inherently squishiest class in the game.
