When I beat a player who says they are pro

I don't get the joke from the video because I don't follow base ball or watch Seinfield.

One of the characters (George) works at the Yankees stadium, but in one episode he got an offer to work for another team. He spends the episode trying to get fired from the Yankees. In this clip he takes one of their hall of fame trophies, attaches it to his car, drags it around in the parking lot, and insults the company. I saw the relation to winning against a "pro" player by the quote "your triumphs mean nothing."
