You are rare species, most people who main support don't get that kind of attention unless they are really good/ god tier. Other then that most are overlooked when compared to mid laners or adc's who do equally good in there respect.

On the less serious side I find support mains don't tend to get bitches unless they play Taric support, then they get all the bitches ######Unless the enemy support is Thresh...

See, as an ADC main, I don't believe it until I see it.

I have seen many supports who say they're good, but their gameplay does not back it up.

I am also much more doubtful the instant you say it. The supports that know they're good don't need to say it. They simply show it.

BTW, given the state of autofill, can you blame us for being skeptical?

(Yes, I know this is a more serious reply, but it's still all too relevant.)

It's actually easy to understand why supporting is hard.

Pick a tank or mage and don't farm, then do well. Kinda hard, isn't it? Granted you get an income item, but it's not much and you have to go and get a sightstone before upgrading that support item.

A support's role is not only to tank and damage, but to bring utility. If you pick blitz, my main concern is not how tanky you'll be, but how good your hooks are. Same with thresh, braum, etc.. Supports can be playmakers too, and in lane are the ones setting the pace of the lane (adc busy farming)

The best thing to anyone masochistic enough to main support is hearing compliments, people have told me "This nami is a god" "Thresh Carry" and even simple thank yous can make it all worth it

It's nice to be appreciated, but I was more talking about the "supports can do very little wrong", because we definitely have the ability to completely lose the lane for our ADC if we're bad.
