We're assuming here that you mean you only need a few more Honors for a badge, and those are not determined by a flat amount of honor so it's not possible to know exactly how many you need.

I currently have 97 for teamwork and i think you need 100

It's actually not based on a total number like that, but on how frequently you get them per match. Someone that gets 100 Honors in 500 games is a lot farther from getting a crest than someone that gets 100 honors in 50 games; you just have to consistently get them.

If 100 gave you the badge, everyone over lv20 would have it.

It's not simply reaching a raw number as I and others have reached 100 for some time now without receiving the badge. I believe it's about how many you receive in a set period of time.
