Just another complaint about URF

Another year, another short window for URF mode that Isn't even slightly viable. Why? Because his passive still has a 2 minute cooldown, and riot still has the gall to reduce the healing on it by ton. Volibears passive should be exempt from the reduced healing, and have a shorter cd.
