Put into Champion Select but client does not display it

So the blitz app thing knew I was in select somehow, but the league client was confused and just had a timer going nonstop that I could not cancel. Even after I was forced to "dodge" the que kept going. I had to close the client and relaunch to find out I did indeed get a wait timer.
