URF Volibear Passive

I'll keep this to the point. did not have his passive's cd reduced like several other champions such as , , and . While its bad enough that the bears passive is still on a 2 minute cd in URF mode, theres also the nerf to healing. I'm not completely sure, but I believe that the healing reduction acts on volibears passive also. Kind of screwed up. Volibears been left with a 2 minute cd nerfed passive. Dunno how hard it would be to throw out a patch for this neglected fellow, but I do know that the bear should not be ignored.
