allow me summarize:

Rengar more "Rengary", Q is now a short ranged skill shot

Talon Assassin's League (parkour)

Katarina Blade hops, W is now passive

Leblanc passive now part of ult, ult (likely) global.

Ekko no more slowing passive, higher AP scaling

Fizz Ult:The further the fish goes, the bigger the shark is.

Zed Ban rate increased by 25% (gains % of AD of last killed with the most AD)

Shaco triple jack in the box on clone death

Akali Has changes, but is getting reworked later anyway, so meh.

Rengar Twitch Evelynn use camo. can be seen when near enemies.

Teemo MonkeyKing Shaco use invisibility. They can not be seen

control ward: the love child of item 2043 and item 3341

item 3105 No passive, is now a Armor/MR item. builds multiple neat support stuff.

item 3147 can reveal wards. bonus damage when you go unseen by enemies.

Lethality: Flat armor pen, but goes up with your level.

item 3156 : not for Assassins, the new AD+Mr item on the other hand is

item 3142 for Assassins only ~~no ADC's allowed~~

~~Strength of ages~~ -> Courage of the colossus (shields when you hard CC enemies)

No mention of item 3116 ... I got a bad feeling about this >.>

huh, don't think I saw that part. Must have missed it. Still trying to figure out how these changes are supposed to make Fizz "more slippery" like they said though.

I think they are promoting him to have a more slippery playstyle, as the w is changed so that the optimal way to use it is to auto somebody, wait two seconds, then activate w.

Twilight shroud is instead a dash that leaves a shroud in her OG location. Is what I got out of it.

her passive is just like another '3 hit passive' but only 2 hits. first hit heals, 2nd hit does bonus damage and then goes on cooldown.

her w is now a short blink, leaving the circle where she was before she blinked.

Actually, first hit heals, then passive starts cooldown, and if she attacks again within 4 seconds of the first attack it deals bonus damage.

No longer has spell vamp

No longer has bonus damage on every auto.

Now has some sustain on one auto, scaling with bonus ad.

Now has some bonus damage on the auto after that, scaling with AP.

Cooldown of 8-5 seconds for passive.

W now is a blink with half the range of flash, leaving shroud at original location.

E cooldown is up by 2 seconds, from 1 to 3 seconds at max rank. To compensate, it deals 10% more damage and has a little more base damage early on.

R now no longer benefits from Zhonya's or lich bane CDR, you have to sit around for 2 seconds after Ring to someone, and on top of that the AP scaling is halved.

In other words Akali is gut.

Assassins should never be drain-tanking their opponents. She still has sustain while no longer being more effective as a diving fighter.

But she also lost her waveclear, burst, and some of her mobility?

In short she has nothing really left. Plus akali was never capable of drain tanking, for her, her burst gave her a chance to survive focus juuuust long enough to kill someone. It wasn't a matter of drain tanking, as she was completely incapable of that.

She has better waveclear at early ranks because of increased damage. All assassins had their burst potential reduced and in return Akali can no longer be countered by a pink ward, meaning she will have increased survivability. Her W also adds extra mobility now (I haven't seen the range but any blink is good mobility), so she will be more mobile pre-6. Post 6 she will have to stay at each location slightly longer, but once again once she's invisible nothing short of being under tower can force her to be targetable.

More often than not Akali is squishy enough that any champion with AOE/skillshots can still kill her through shroud. Shroud is only survivability vs ADCs and targeted abilities, and nothing more. I do appreciate the blink on her W, however it is only half as long as flash (250 range), which means it's only really gonna be used for LCS sick skillshot dodging plays.

With this change her burst potential wasn't just reduced, it was demolished. There is no "extra setting up," her scalings/damage output gained from building AP were dropped by over half.
