Illaoi can seriously mess people up though. And she is actually decent against the meta tanks at the moment because you just beat the crap out of them.

Also even if you go like 1-9 on her you can still somehow get a quadra kill by pressing R

She is really underrated right now imo.

they are not wrong. but it comes with stipulation. you need to be considerably better than your enemies with some. like several leagues better.

I couldn't win games on Fiora in ranked so I started playing the meta which is Poppy Maokai Nautilus

It made me feel bad beating another Fiora player using the meta champs but I did what I had to to get LP.

Poppy is the worst offender because she gets like 50% bonus resistances under 40% health which is awful game design.

I hate getting punished for killing my enemy. I'll give credit where credit is due when I get outplayed or outplay myself but why should the enemy get to do true damage because I killed someone?

Yeah, but she's hard. The tradeoff is she is very rewarding if you can play her well. He is good with poppy, and although he likes Fiora, he can't climb with her. Also, Poppy is a broken PoS right now.

same here. used to play pretty much only Kha zix. now i gave up on him till top meta champs get nerfed. no point picking him when the enemy support presses 2 buttosn and the adc gets a 800hp shield.

Gangplank I main the pirate, and playing almost anything else feels brain dead easy. 10-3 with champs not feels bad :(

Ok so I play/sub-main poppy so im pretty biased... But doesn't poppy completely counter fiora?

The reason why poppy does so well a high levels is due to top laners always wanting to play high mobility / high damage champions Riven Renekton Yasuo Fiora Ekko Camille

Poppy is designed to counter these types of champions.

Maokai has not really been meta since his ult got nerfed so idk wat thats all about.

Gangplank has gotten nerfed multiple times and still needs anothjer imo lol dude scales too well / too forgiving and offers so much map presence, utility and damage.

Fiora was meta for a long time and STILL has a 7% playrate with a 51% WINRATE. I mean.. really...
