SecretAgentHulk1 votesDon't worry; the one that deals damage and slows requires three monster kills before you can use it. The other one simply grants sight and the next three AAs deal a small amount of true damage.
Yoella1 votesThree monsters? Isn't that like one wraith camp at level 2? I'm not liking the idea of being able to smite champions. You can already smite "pets" like Tibbers. I think that an item that turns smite into a slow would be pushing the limit already, let alone with damage. Or did you mean you need to kill 3 monsters with Smite in between uses against a champion? That would be a bit better.
Now what LoL REALLY needs is something that makes supports more interesting to play so that we don't wait 12 minutes in teambuilder just for one role. Like an item that occasionally gives a kill to the assisting champion, that way you can kill as a support and the next person down who assisted gets the kill.
