Assuming he didn't do the legendary double face palm, by the process that he only needs one hand to eat one orange and he has two hands of which he can multi task in consuming the orange cough -excuse me BLOOD orange, he can cleanse himself with the SHEER POWER OF VITAMIN C. Unless that said facepalmed hand is covering his mouth, in which case he is screwed and should cover his nose with the other to end his suffering and respawn faster with his death timer reduction quintessences.

GP needs to be nerfed, He's still stupidly strong and invalidates any melee in the game. The barrels have zero counterplay as well, and can't be itemized against.
