The person above you gives you a champion to buff/nerf

Pretend the person above me says: Lissandra I HAVE to buff and nerf the same ability. I choose her Q and E. Buff: Her E now travels faster and longer, when it stops, it leaves the ground frostbitten for 3 seconds. The last champion it touched it also frostbitten. She can reactivate it to go a frostbitten unit near the mouse (kinda like Azir E, but instant). Also her Q gives mana back on unit kill. Nerf: Her E now drags her melting body along the ground, losing health, gravitating her towards the doom of the enemy shopkeeper. If her Q hits a champion, it bounces back. Please do better than I did. Next champion:
