In continuing the theme of never releasing the most thematically appropriate skin already part of a skin line for Diana, I believe we should persist in stalling this by giving another Champion a Blood Moon skin before her.

It's been a while since Vlad last got a skin (yes I know there are others who've been waiting even longer).

Hell, we could even up the ante and go for Blood Eclipse Vladimir, and I could make all the Bloodborne/Dark Souls/Berserk references I want. Besides, lord knows Vlad needs quality skins beyond Soulstealer.
