Honestly idk how the phoenix is gonna be seems like a guy quinn too me
But surely she is not the only falconeer out there..... While i know she was unique in her own sense, nobody will be able to take that away. What im curious about is if its like Quinn's rival from Noxia, perhaps their bird is the one that injured Valor? Im not too familiar with the lore of Quinn and Valor except that she believes him to be the reincarnation of her brother. So some of my ideas could be shot down.
Perhaps the new champion IS her brother....... Who is not actually dead? Was reincarnated by necromancers seems too cliche atm...... But his will to survive because he could not let his sister down, only to find out that he has been replaced by a meer animal could madden and enrage a already weakened body and mind into extraordinary acts of rage and evil.

Will the girl flirt with valor?
Quinn should get a taunt for them saying "I was here first."
