Each piece has its own, seperate cooldown (between 150 and 50 seconds, based on your rank in E)

Valaran Nara1 votesSo...I can imagine him in a losing 1 v 1 and effortlessly hop over the walls to get away. Like, if he dashes over a wall and you dash to catch up, he hops again, you flash, he hops...again.
There's nothing stopping him from marathoning the hell out of there unless he already hopped that wall.
